Finding Us
We’re located on the second floor of The Suite House Leslieville (Unit 206) beside Dollarama. Look for the large “The Suite House” sign at the entrance.

Accessing the Building
Use the access code in your appointment confirmation email to buzz in. Once inside, please wait in the seating area to the left of the main entrance and your Nurse Practitioner will bring you in at your appointment time.
